When writing to us about an existing order, please include your order ID so we can help you faster.
2. Response Times
We provide an initial response to every query within 24 hours. Order-related issues (delivery, re-sending documents, signing link problems) are usually resolved within the same business day. Refund requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Grievance Escalation
If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through regular support, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer, appointed in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:
