Why the total is usually lower with us
Aadhaar eSign is already in the price
Rentpaper prices the e-stamp and the eSign separately — ₹199 and ₹299. Ours is one number, ₹400, and both parties' Aadhaar eSign is already inside it.
Stamp duty, never marked up
Whatever the Karnataka Stamp Act says you owe is exactly what you pay for duty — not a padded round number. It's printed on the certificate so you can check it yourself.
